HISTOLOGY :

• Micronodular cirrhosis
• Diffuse severe macrovesicular steatosis
• Satellitosis (enlarged hepatocyte with Mallory's bodie and cytoplasmic infiltration by polymorphonuclear cells)
• ==> alcoholic steatohepatitis
