Proposed diagnosis: Florid ductal hyperplasia with some cytonuclear atypia. The lesion is not strictly defined as ADH according to Page’s definition. A moderate risk factor for the development of cancer may nevertheless be considered.
Treatment: A single mastectomy was performed. The breast shows a similar aspect but, with some DCIS foci.
