Mammography: First round of participation in screening of a 50-year-old woman. Detection of clusters of fine granular calcifications in an area of +/- 3 cm.

Surgery: Resection biopsy for diagnosis with stereotactic localization of a part of the calcifications.

Demonstrated slide: Representative sample of the lesion and of the inked surgical edges.
