Mammography: Widespread clusters of fine granular calcifications over an area of at least 4 cm in the breast of a 55-year-old woman.

Surgery: Partial resection biopsy for diagnosis with stereotactic localization.

Demonstrated slide: Representative sample of the lesion, the surgical edges are not visible in this section but contains the same type of histologic lesions.
