Clinical history: Nipple discharge accentuated by palpation of the UOQ of the breast of a 23-year-old patient.
Mammography: Dense breast, absence of tumor or calcifications.
Surgery: Tylectomy of the clinically suspicious area. Partial resection of a fibrocystic lesion.
Demonstrated slide: Representative cross section of the biopsy containing the lesion.
