Clinical history: Irregular nipple with history of bleeding and discharge in a 68-year-old woman.

Mammography: Absence of definite tumor and calcification in the breast. Diffuse density of the nipple.

Surgery: Resection biopsy of a part of the nipple for diagnosis.

Demonstrated slide: Representative sample of the lesion.
