Proposed diagnosis: Papillary intracystic carcinoma with DCIS low nuclear grade.
Treatment: Regarding the clinical history of the patient, all additional treatment was omitted. Seven years after surgery, the patient developed a recurrence of the tumor with the same clinical and histologic presentation.
